What is the delivery time for an online order?
Delivery is usually made by Canada Post in 10 business days.

*Delivery times are indicative only and are not guaranteed. Delays may be longer during the holiday season, from November 15 to January 6. It is possible that another carrier will make the delivery.

How can I track my order?
When the order is completed, an email containing the tracking number is emailed to the customer. To track the order, you can enter this number on the Canada Post website to see the delivery progress.

Return

What is the return policy?
All items are final sale. We do not refund or exchange any items. Under no circumstances can you return an item if the size or colour does not fit. The only valid reason to return an item is if it is defective.

Order

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled. Orders are processed by our system as soon as they are placed to be shipped as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this system does not allow the cancellation of the order. Make sure to check your order before confirming and paying for it.

Can I modify my order?
No modification can be made (product, size or colour) to an order that has been placed.

Is it possible to have a price adjustment?
NO price adjustment is possible.

Are the products sold on TheLastSale.com guaranteed?

All our products are guaranteed by the manufacturers. For any questions in this regard, contact our customer service at the following address: contact@thelastsale.com or the manufacturers.

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the condition of the product ordered upon receipt. It may happen in some cases that the product is damaged during transport or even defective in its packaging. It is therefore important that the customer contacts customer service within 7 days of receiving the package to inform them of the problem.

One item is missing in my package. Will I receive it in another shipment?  

Products on thelastsale.ca are typically in stock. The website reflects the availability of the products at the time of the most recent inventory update. The Last Sale is not responsible for inventory issues associated with a delay in inventory verification. In the event of such a situation, we undertake to identify the items to be credited on the order and issue a refund as soon as possible.
